Jung Hae-in Finally Responds to Kim Soo-hyun’s Calls “Stop Calling Me” (Good Day)

The second episode of MBC’s “Good Day”, airing on February 23, will bring together an all-star lineup of 1988-born celebrities, including G-Dragon, Kim Soo-hyun, Lee Soo-hyuk, Im Si-wan, Hwang Kwang-hee and Jung Hae-in.

In last week’s episode, G-Dragon and Kim Soo-hyun planned a gathering for their fellow 1988-born friends in the entertainment industry. The meetup, designed with a “I’m Solo” concept, presented special fun. “I’m Solo” MC Defconn, along with CODE KUNST, became overly immersed as they provided live commentary on the 88-liners’ friendship moments.
During the gathering, the 88-liners took time to introduce themselves and showcase their charms. Since first impressions were on the line, the members displayed various talents, including acting in regional dialects and splitting apples with their bare hands. Kim Soo-hyun, in particular, went all out, prompting reactions like, “Why is he going this far?”
Riding the momentum, Kim Soo-hyun reenacted his famous “Hae-in ah” scene, bringing laughter to the group. In the drama “Queen of Tears“, Kim Soo-hyun’s character famously called out the name “Hae-in”, referring to his co-star’s character “Hong Hae-in”. This scene went viral, with SNS edits humorously replacing Hong Hae-in with his real-life friend Jung Hae-in as the recipient of the call.

Now appearing in person at the “88 Nation”, Jung Hae-in hilariously responded “Stop calling me”, sending everyone into fits of laughter.
Adding to the anticipation, the dramatic(?) reunion of G-Dragon and Kwang-hee, as well as the first impression votes among the 88-liners, are key highlights of the episode. Jung Hae-in shared “I want to be here not as an actor but as just Jung Hae-in”, showing his sincerity toward the group. Im Si-wan also expressed his affection for the gathering, “It’s hard for all the 88-liners to come together like this, so I’m really happy we could make it happen.”
